The Mission

The mission of Toha Toolkits is to help schools operate more efficiently and effectively by transforming Google Drive into a centralized hub for information, resources, and everyday school operations.

At the heart of Toha Toolkits are personalized Google Drive folders for individual staff members, designed to bring together nearly everything they need in one convenient location.

From school policies and instructional resources to information about individual students, each Toolkit is tailored to the staff member's role and responsibilities. Instead of searching through multiple folders, documents, and systems, staff members can turn to their Toolkits as a first stop for the information they need.

Systems That Work Together

Toha Toolkits also develops customized systems that simplify school operations, organize information, and generate useful documents.

Many of these systems can integrate directly with the personalized Toolkit folders, automatically providing staff members with relevant, up-to-date information.

Examples include:

  • Club and Tutoring Attendance Systems – Toha Toolkits can track and share club and tutoring attendance data. Teachers know which clubs and tutoring sessions their students are attending. Administrators know which clubs and tutoring sessions are the most popular.

  • Student Portfolio Folders – Toha Toolkits can create personalized Google Drive folders to organize student work and monitor progress toward graduation goals. This information is filtered and organized in each teacher’s toolkit folder, with just the data of their students.

  • Testing Data Visualization – Toha Toolkits can look at student response data for an exam, such as a Regents exam, and create visualization documents. These documents are placed in toolkit folders, so teachers may use it to identify common student weaknesses.

  • IEP Progress Reporting Systems – Toha Toolkits can simplify the process of collecting and distributing IEP progress reports. Teachers fill out a form, and the information from that form is put in a fill-in-the-blank essay template. Those essays are populated in the IEP case manager’s toolkit folder.

  • Substitute Attendance Sheets – Toha Toolkits can generate attendance sheets for substitute teachers, that automatically update when a student roster is updated. Teachers may print out these attendance sheets when they know they will be absent, reducing the headaches that come from coverages.

Custom Tools for School Operations

Not every school challenge revolves around a Toolkit folder. Toha Toolkits also creates standalone solutions to address other administrative and logistical needs.

Examples include:

  • Elective Matching Systems – Match students with elective courses based on their GPA and preferences.

  • Student Elections – Organize and manage elections for student government through ranked-choice voting.

  • Room Assignment Grids – Simplify the process of allocating spaces for clubs and tutoring, so they do not conflict with courses.

Whether it's centralizing resources, automating repetitive tasks, or developing a solution to a specific challenge, Toha Toolkits focuses on making school operations simpler, more organized, and more efficient.
